Tera Algorithm Cloud Technology PLT (“Inxides”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal, company, and financial information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), Malaysia.

When you register for an Inxides account, we may collect:

Company information: company name, registration number, financial data

Payment information: all sensitive financial data is transmitted securely through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) and is not stored on our servers.

To provide and maintain the Service.

To process payments and manage subscriptions.

To communicate important service updates, changes, or offers (with opt-out option).

To comply with legal obligations and regulatory requirements.

We do not store credit card information on our servers.

Upon account cancellation, your data will be retained for six (6) months. During this period, you may reactivate your account without data loss.

After six (6) months, all data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

You may export your account data at any time in Excel format while your account is active.

6. Refund Policy

Refund requests may be made within 30 days of initial subscription.

Any approved refunds will exclude all third-party transaction fees, including payment gateway fees, bank charges, or foreign exchange fees, which will be borne by the Account Holder.

Refunds are at Inxides’ sole discretion and do not apply to renewals, partial usage, or breaches.

7. Marketing Communications

We may occasionally send emails about new features, promotions, or updates.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the instructions in the email or contacting support@inxides.com

8. Your Rights

Access: You may request access to your personal data.

Correction: You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.

Withdrawal: You may withdraw consent for marketing communications.

Deletion: You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal and contractual retention obligations.
