How to Enable Digital Signing (v1.1)

To use the new v1.1 digital signature feature, follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings > E-Invoice Settings

2. Scroll to the section “Digital Certificate (v1.1 Signing)”

3. Paste your:

   • X.509 Certificate (PEM format)

   • Private Key (PEM format)

4. Click “Save E-Invoice Settings”

5. Submit an invoice → The invoice will be automatically digitally signed under v1.1

⚠️ Important Notes

• The digital certificate must be issued by:

  • Pos Digicert (https://www.posdigicert.com.my), or

  • Any MCMC-licensed Certificate Authority

• Ensure your certificate and private key are in PEM format

• Keep your private key secure and confidential

Tips:

v1.0: No changes required

v1.1: Optional upgrade with digital signature

Once configured, signing will be fully automatic✅
